INDEPENDENT BILLERS & PRACTICE BILLING TEAMS
Work the payer queue. Keep the biller’s judgment.
Your team knows which accounts need attention. Give the repetitive calling work a clear brief, review the answers, and spend your attention on the exceptions that need a biller.

THE WORK BEHIND THE CALL
The backlog is a list of different problems.
Some accounts need a simple status update. Others need a payment trace, a missing-document check, or a decision about the next route. A worklist groups the task without blending the patients or the answers. Each call keeps its own evidence, next step, and exception so the team can review efficiently.

What your team
gets back.
- Individual call status for every valid worklist row
- Payer-reported answers and reference details
- Explicit exceptions for staff to review
- CSV export for the office’s existing follow-up process
Calling activity is not collected revenue. Review payer evidence, remittance, and account updates in your existing billing process before marking an account resolved.
A few more details.
For billing teamsIs this a replacement for our practice management system?
No. DialClerk is focused on the phone work around your existing systems. Current handoff options include the call outcome record and worklist CSV export.
Can different staff work in the same office?
The office-account implementation supports an office workspace, staff accounts, roles, and individual callback destinations. Account setup is reviewed during onboarding.
What if a payer refuses AI callers?
The workflow records the refusal and can bring staff in when the selected mode permits it. It does not promise universal payer acceptance or attempt to hide that it is an AI assistant.
