This page describes the public DialClerk marketing website. The signed-in calling application and any patient-data use require their own onboarding, agreements, and data-handling review.

Information you choose to share

Our practice inquiry form collects your name, work email, practice, role, and approximate call volume. Requests are stored for the team to review; submitting does not book a meeting or send an email. See our inquiry privacy notice for retention and removal details. Please send business contact details only. Do not include patient records, health information, or other sensitive information in a demo request.

Interactive examples

The sample call and workload calculator run in your browser. They use illustrative data and do not place calls. No real calls are placed by the examples.

Hosting and website traffic

The website is hosted by Vercel, which may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request timestamps to deliver and secure the site. This site does not include advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics.
