AI CALL ASSISTANT FOR MEDICAL OFFICES
Get your staff
off hold.
Hand off insurance calls, hold time, and follow-up. Get the answers—or a private briefing when it’s time for you to join.
YOUR OFFICE
A little less on your plate.
The representative confirmed active coverage. A referral is required for the requested service.
Sample only. No real calls or patient information.
HOW IT WORKS
From on hold
to a next step.
You know what needs doing.
Give the phone work a place to go.
Give us the brief.
Choose the task. Add the facts and questions. Tell the assistant when you want to join.
Get on with your day.
The assistant dials, works the phone menu, waits on hold, and asks the questions you provided.
Pick up with the context.
Review the answers, or get a private briefing before you join. Every open item keeps a next step.
“Here’s what we know.
Here’s what they need.
Ready to join?”
Illustrative briefing. Staff decide when to connect.

HELP THAT KNOWS ITS PLACE
Extra capacity.
Your judgment.
Your assistant works from the information you provide. It doesn’t get to make up the missing pieces—or make decisions for your practice.
- A private briefing before the shared call
- Staff review before follow-up messages are sent
- Answers, references, and unresolved items together
- Takeover and stop controls for your team
A LITTLE PERSPECTIVE
How much of the month
is on the phone?
Start with your own numbers. See the time your office spends on routine calls and hold music.
of phone work per month
Illustration using 4.33 weeks per month. This estimates current workload, not guaranteed time savings. Staff review and handoffs still take time.
GOOD QUESTIONS
Before you hand
over the phone work.
A practical assistant.
Clear limits. People in control.
What does DialClerk actually do?
DialClerk is an AI call assistant for medical office staff. The office provides a call objective and authorized information. The assistant navigates menus, waits on hold, asks the questions, and records answers. Staff choose how and when to join.
Can we talk to the representative ourselves?
Yes. Choose to be called when a person answers or when the assistant needs help. A private briefing brings you up to speed before you join. Staff also have takeover and stop controls.
Does it work with every insurance company?
No universal acceptance is promised. Some payers refuse AI callers or have workflows that need a person. DialClerk identifies itself as an AI assistant and supports staff handoff when the call mode permits it.
Does it connect directly to our EHR?
Direct EHR and EDI integrations are not included in the current product. Staff provide the task details, review the outcome, and can export worklist results to CSV.
Can we use real patient data in a demo?
Demos use fictional information. Before patient-data use, onboarding must cover the practice’s permissions, required agreements, provider configuration, and live workflow acceptance.
How do we get started?
Start with a practice demo and one administrative workflow. We will walk through the call brief, staff handoff, and outcome record, then discuss whether a supervised pilot fits your office.
