AmTrust's claims page says it partners with Data Dimensions (AmTrust payor ID WP113) and Jopari (payor ID J1868) for e-billing from medical providers. The phone and email shown are Jopari's support contacts published on AmTrust's page (also for EFT enrollment); Data Dimensions contact details were not published there. Providers using another trading partner should confirm the payor ID with that partner. Workers' compensation: a claim number and the adjuster or injured-worker identification are usually required; coverage is determined by the claim (not by a member ID), and state fee schedules and rules govern billing.
