CareIQ requires the imaging report from a credentialed board-certified radiologist within 24 hours of service; the manual says to fax reports to this number. Reports only, not bills. Workers' compensation: a claim number and the adjuster or injured-worker identification are usually required; coverage is determined by the claim (not by a member ID), and state fee schedules and rules govern billing.
