GEICO's New Jersey PIP page: send medical bills and all other documents (other than decision point review, pre-certification and internal appeals) for GEICO New Jersey claims, regardless of date of loss, to this P.O. box and fax. Auto medical payments/PIP: a claim number and the claim adjuster or policyholder identification are usually required; coverage is determined by the claim and policy (not by a member ID), and state PIP fee schedules and rules govern billing.
