This is Jopari's support line for EFT sign-up, not a Liberty claims line; for bill questions use the Provider Support Center (800-500-7044, already listed). Workers' compensation: a claim number and the adjuster or injured-worker identification are usually required; coverage is determined by the claim (not by a member ID), and state fee schedules and rules govern billing.
