The linked manual, revision 2026.02 / August 2026, pages 4-5 gives the correct network-relations email and postal address; page 18 repeats the email and phone for 835 remittance questions. The MAC form prints a misspelled email domain, so that form address is excluded instead of corrected by guesswork. The older employer-flyer phone 888-665-1678 is not independently confirmed.
