Current production product-support page assigns option 2 to iEDI services, enrollment and installation support. Option 1 on the same phone is Computer-Assisted Coding, a different product. The inherited staging-page statement that option 2 is compliance is not supported by the current page and is retained only in before/held evidence. This is not legal/compliance intake, universal claims adjudication, ConnectCenter MFA or pharmacy support.

Official documentation routes EDI registration and payer-enrollment questions to option 1 and this email. ConnectCenter MFA/login uses the separate option 7 route. The inherited claim/remittance/status option 2 guidance from a 2025 payer notice is not re-established by the current public sections reviewed and remains held evidence, not a newly verified option. Payer enrollment and clearinghouse account support do not establish medical coverage, claim payment or enrollment approval.
