State Farm workers' compensation medical bills (Sedgwick)

State Farm states that claims under its workers' compensation policies are handled by Sedgwick, which processes medical bills sent electronically, mailed or faxed. Sedgwick customer support, fax and P.O. box are as published on State Farm's page. Electronic bills route through Data Dimensions or WorkCompEDI (WorkCompEDI payer ID LT812). Workers' compensation: a claim number and the adjuster or injured-worker identification are usually required; coverage is determined by the claim (not by a member ID), and state fee schedules and rules govern billing.
