Release of Information Central Office for UMMS hospitals; requests must name the specific hospital (requests made out to 'UMMS' are not accepted). Fax 410-328-2358 is for urgent patient-care requests only; 410-328-0537 for all other faxes. Option 3 reaches an ROI technician for status. Billing record requests sent to the Central Business Office after July 1, 2026 are forwarded to ROICO. UM Faculty Physicians practice records are handled separately.
