SAIF's electronic-services page says to contact your own clearinghouse, or contact Jopari at this number, to submit bills electronically to SAIF. Payer ID was not published on the page. The SAIF help desk 800.285.8525 handles Business Online questions. Workers' compensation: a claim number and the adjuster or injured-worker identification are usually required; coverage is determined by the claim (not by a member ID), and state fee schedules and rules govern billing.

Questions to resolve

  • Is this a portal permission, clearinghouse or payer issue?
  • What trace identifier is needed through the secure support channel?
  • How will the office confirm the issue is resolved?

This is a general administrative checklist, not payer policy or advice about a particular patient. Confirm the current plan instructions.
