For members with an Aetna Signature Administrators ID card (payer/TPA logo plus Aetna logo), the payer/TPA handles eligibility, claims and provider service, not Aetna. Check Availity under the administrator, not Aetna. Send claims to the payer ID or address on the card. Aetna handles network contracting questions and Aetna utilization policies. The document lists payer IDs for participating TPAs, including Allied 37308, Luminare Health 35182 and WebTPA 75261; Lucent Health shows 'see member ID card'. Exception: transplants at in-network Institutes of Excellence facilities continue to go to the Special Case Customer Service Unit.
