Per the SelectNet Provider Manual, Provider Relations Specialists are the primary contact for SelectNet agreements; credentialing packets are emailed to credentialing@pinnacol.com. Questions about a specific injured worker go to the claims team, not provider relations. Workers' compensation: a claim number and the adjuster or injured-worker identification are usually required; coverage is determined by the claim (not by a member ID), and state fee schedules and rules govern billing.
